Random Gyaan

Most of the times we choose not to do things for the reasons we invent ourselves

You are tired not because you are doing too many things, you are tired because you aren’t doing things enough things that you should be doing. E.g. Exercise, read books, meditate

DO NOT be a slave to your notifications

WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, SMS are all unnecessary distractions that keep your mind in a constant state of unrest. Using them is not an issue, wanting to check your phone every few minutes to check for a notification. Turning off notifications will give yo peace of mind and a lot of time to focus on the really important things in your life

Learn to say “NO”

You will never be able to do everything. Focus on the most important and urgent things to so first. Once you master this you would have mastered time management.

Invest in yourself

Physical – Exercise, run, eat healthy

Mental – Read books, learn something new

Spiritual – Meditate ( No elaborate setup required). Just mindful breathing is enough

Execution in Key

All the fancy mission statements, project plans  and strategies are of no use until it can be executed. Plans are only good intentions unless they immediately degenerate into hard work and execution.

Hard work is not an option

There will always be someone who is more intelligent, has more resources or is stronger, however how much hard work you put in is completely up to you. No one can take that away from you.

Be Humble

Live with an assumption that every one is nice and has good intentions. Want good for everyone. Be kind. Be humble.
